Until all three conditions are met, BCA owes you no professional duty of any kind, and you may not rely on any communication as professional advice.
3. AI-generated content
Parts of the Service use large-language-model AI (e.g. Anthropic Claude, OpenAI). AI output is generated automatically, may contain errors, omissions, or fabricated citations (“hallucinations”), and must always be reviewed by a qualified human professional before use. By using AI-assisted features you acknowledge:
- AI output is not a legal opinion, tax position, or audit conclusion.
- AI output may reflect biases, training-data cutoffs, or jurisdictional gaps.
- BCA disclaims any warranty as to AI accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.
- You assume all responsibility for any decision you make based on AI output.
4. No outcome guarantee
BCA does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
- a tax refund of any specific amount;
- the IRS, state, or foreign authority issuing an EIN, ITIN, license, or approval within a specific timeframe (or at all);
- a U.S. or foreign bank opening, maintaining, or funding an account;
- a Bali real-estate transaction closing on a specific date or at all;
- avoidance of audit, investigation, or regulatory inquiry;
- successful escalation, refund, or settlement of any consumer or commercial dispute.
Past performance, case studies, or testimonials are not predictive of your result. Government agencies, banks, courts, notaries, and other third parties make their own decisions on their own timelines, and BCA has no power to control, accelerate, or compel them.
